Babcock/Hahn: “Okay, let’s get this over with. Today, you can only talk to and about Todd Bertuzzi.”

Media (together, chanting): “Okay!”

I don’t know about you, but I would have found a story on Fil or Leino much more interesting. Too bad.

    From what I understand, sometimes it’s the opposite…Media decides to talk to Bertuzzi, then Hahn shoos ‘em from the room…

    Sorry! It’s sort of a running joke about the Detroit media among Wings fans. There’s a lot of redundancy.

    Yeah, I’m sure that happens too. No doubt that the Wings have a tight fist on access, either way things go.

    Seeing Hahn in action with Khan and St. James at a distance while at camp was interesting. Very much in charge. Interestingly, I overheard the Fox 2 reporter say his boss is Hahn’s wife. Sure that’s handy!
