MacLeod On Zetterberg and Hossa

Bruce MacLeod describes a scene at the Zetterberg press conference that I hadn’t seen discussed by anyone else and turns it into a snapshot of the situation the Wings are in with Zetterberg and Hossa. Good stuff.

Very sad stuff if you ask me. Hossa has been outstanding this whole season, not one game without some serious contribution…I wish there was a good solution for this problem, both for the Wings and for Hossa.

Margaret, I agree. It was only "good stuff" in the sense that MacLeod used a unique device to get his point across.

It's definitely not a "good" situation, though. Hossa fits this team like a glove, but so does Franzen. How do you pick between the two from a negotiation priority standpoint? Holland's in a tough position.
