For the record, the Laperriere hit was patty-cake compared to the Kronwall hit. That type of hit by Kronwall deserves a 1-2 game suspension (even in the playoffs), and I'm usually pretty conservative when it comes to dealing out suspensions. It's sad the Colin spends his time making a rule particular to Sean Avery dancing around in front of Brodeur and ignores that type of dangerous hit. It was certainly questionable at best. I'm all for Nik making big hits, but I'd prefer he keep them on the legal side of things. Like I mentioned over at my blog, I think Colin Campbell is simply too busy worrying about the drama between Avery & Brodeur to cast his eye westward...
