I would rather you not bring up the idea of Saint Paul being Hockeytown.
Duly noted and good point. I'll try to restrain myself in the future.
Gaborik is one of my favourite players. I have a Gaborik jersey.
It's a shame he's stuck in Jacque Lemaire's system. He would truly be one of the League's superstars were he not shackled like that. Oh well.
Kipper’s been tanking since the beginning of the season, not just after he got his contract.
Alright. But the phenomenon of a player dropping off after a big contract is not uncommon and that was my point there.
A split-second later and he would’ve put it through the space between the glove and the post.
True, it wasn't so much that it was glove side as that it was an early shot. Still, going glove side on Harding seemed to be the wrong idea.
I hate to be harsh on Hank, but WHAT WAS HE THINKING??
Sometimes he deserves it! He's such a great player, but sometimes the decisions he makes boggle the mind.
Osgood looked terrible in the shootout.
He certainly didn't have the confidence he usually seems to have, that's for sure.

A few comments:

- I would rather you not bring up the idea of Saint Paul being Hockeytown. The less acknowledgement or attention that hare-brained idea receives, the better. Just let it fade away...

- Gaborik is one of my favourite players. I have a Gaborik jersey.

- You're mistaken, Matt. Kipper's been tanking since the beginning of the season, not just after he got his contract.

- In the shootout, Datsyuk shot a bit too early and put it right into Harding's glove. A split-second later and he would've put it through the space between the glove and the post.

- Somebody should've told Zetterberg that if you shoot left, pulling the Forsberg move on a left-handed goalie - who holds the stick in his left hand - is complete idiocy. I hate to be harsh on Hank, but WHAT WAS HE THINKING?? Even if Hank had managed to get Harding to shift completely over to his right, it would've been child's play to simply reach back and put the paddle down along the goal line to make the easy save.

- Osgood looked terrible in the shootout. Not just because he didn't make one save, but his form was atrocious on all three shots. But then again, he did have a bad night overall.
