But with the way the Wings started off last night I was pretty negative early on and that goal seemed likely to be the nail in the coffin. Detroit seldom wins games when the opponent puts up 3 goals.

No kidding, Dave. I was pretty down after that too, and I had just started watching. Until they tied it up, I was still pretty pessimistic, myself.

Yeah, I might have been a little harsh in calling Schneider’s play that resulted in Drake’s shorthanded goal boneheaded. Oh yeah, Sarah, I should have mentioned both of those! The check was definitely special.

I hate that rule too. Not that it’s too hard to follow, though. Not sure what Dom was thinking there.

Dude, you forgot to mention Dom’s check of the game on the official, that was my favorite! He really did seem kind of lost last night. Oh and don’t forget about the penalty for playing the puck outside the trapezoid. I hate that rule, but he had no business playing that puck in the first place. Dom seemed to be in his own little world. Hopefully that was just a one game thing.
