		<description>I think games between those two teams will always have specifal significance for those who knew the rivalry at its peak, even if it no longer exists with nearly as much passion on the ice. It will always feel especially good to beat the Avs.</description>

		<description>Though the impact of yesterday's announcement is going to be felt for a long, long time, there's another huge story going on too. Some sort of implosion is happening to the Wings' arch-rival, Colorado.  First Forsberg and Foote, now Tanguay, Hinote and Blake. It would seem the Wing's Yzerman era isn't the only one that's over.  

Although the Colorado/Detroit rivalry was rather anemic last year, I think it's finally safe to officially close the book on it. What do you guys think?</description>
