On the Wings

Tonight is the start of the 2nd season for the Wings. At 7, the Wings will begin the defense of the Stanley Cup against Anaheim. This won’t be an easy series, won’t be a sweep like the other two times we’ve played the Ducks in the playoffs (’97, ‘99) but the Wings should still win. I’d be shocked if they didn’t. I don’t think this is the series that will be the big Western Upset this year. That’ll be either the Blues/Canucks series or the Stars/Oilers series. As long as the Wings don’t take the Ducks for granted, they should have no problem moving on to the 2nd round. GO WINGS!!!!!!!!
